Blockchain gaming company Xaya is launching the third Taurion Treasure Hunt on Thursday August 25th. Everybody is able to participate, simply by registering everybody can get their first vehicles. During the treasure hunt players need to find or steal prizes and bring these back to their base in order to actually own them.
Xaya has arranged over ten thousand dollars worth of digital prizes. Among them are in-game assets for games like Taurion, Soccer Manager Elite, The Six Dragons, Neon District, Decimated and F1 Delta Time. In addition there are game codes for the upcoming game Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and there’s 2500 dollars in DAI.
To win these prizes, players need to download Taurion, join the competition and start mining and prospecting resources. Prospecting will be the main way players can acquire prizes. However, players can obtain some prizes during for example player-versus-player battles. Players need to carry found objects to their base, but there are always scavengers waiting to pounce on an unsuspecting gazelle. Sign up and join the Taurion Treasure Hunt later this August!
What is Taurion?
Taurion is an online strategy game set in a decentralized world. Spread across factions and a massive alien landscape, gamers will have the opportunity to compete and harvest resources. As a result human intelligence, skill, effort, and team work are needed to secure blockchain assets and currencies in the game. This is true play-to-earn in a player-governed virtual world.
Users cooperate and compete as they fill various roles and niches within their factions. As those alliances grow stronger, profits will increase. However, success is likely to attract more predators. Players partake in an environment where the credo is to explore, expand, exploit, exterminate. As a result one should always be wary.
All this takes place in a decentralized, massively-multiplayer online real-time strategy universe. Like a virtual, futuristic adaptation of the Wild West, Taurion is a planet full of lost hope and endless ambition. It will allow gamers to reach a level of achievement not possible in traditional gaming outlets. Join here!
