Tearing Spaces opens up a new closed beta test for their players. Anyone holding a Celestial Arsenal Pass can join, and win various prizes for participating!

Fresh off of their initial character mint, Tearing Spaces launches a closed beta test! This Tearing Spaces beta is open to anyone with a Celestial Arsenal Pass. These Passes are NFTs that were airdropped to Celestial Avatar holders in early April.

If you don’t own one, Celestial Arsenal Passes currently cost around $15 USD on Open Sea and will provide a special reward at the end of the closed beta depending on how many Pass points it has accumulated. Pass points stay with the Pass when it is traded, allowing players to add extra value to their Pass NFTs by playing in the beta!

More About the Closed Beta

This closed beta comes with quite a few new features. Each player has a lobby, a sort of home area, that they can decorate with various items from the game store. There is also a chance to receive a decoration in a Battle Box, a reward given out to players after every four matches that they play. Decorations can be traded between players on the in-game marketplace.

There will be a raffle at the end of the beta. Raffle tickets can be found in the Battle Boxes, or purchased for 40 tokens each. Prizes from the raffle include decorations, weapons, whitelist spots for upcoming mints, and more.

This beta includes a league system. Players gain or lose trophies based on match results. Each character has their own league and earns more Pass points as they play higher ranked matches

We also receive two new game modes, Dragon’s War and Celestial Saber. In Dragon’s War, each team has a Dragon that aids them in battle. The objective here is defeat the opposing team’s Dragon as many times as possible. In Celestial Saber, players can find and equip a Holy Sword that does 50% extra damage against monsters. However, the Holy Sword only lasts until the holder dies.

Aside from that we have various tweaks, bug fixes, and improvements. The beta servers aren’t open all the time. The team runs three phases each day. One from 2-4pm UTC, the second from 7-9pm UTC, and the third from 2am-4am UTC. Though players can login at any time to play the tutorial and check out the various character and weapon options.

The Tearing Spaces closed beta runs from April 24th, 2023 through May 31st, 2023.
