DragonMaster: Claim Your Airdrop Gems

DragonMaster took a snapshot of players’ accounts on October 28th and has finalized the airdrop for their breeding gems. Players that meet the requirements can claim the gems starting October 31st.

The developers made sure to add as many different requirements as possible in order to give everyone a fair shot. As of the snapshot date, active users can get gems based on DMT average holding, NFT holdings, association with a guild, and ownership of honorific assets.

A full list of requirements, FAQs, and more details over the airdrop is available on their Medium article. Generally speaking, if you played the game long enough, you should qualify for at least one of the airdrops. You most definitely want to log into your account and check if you can claim any.

To learn more about the gem, take a look at our article detailing their use in breeding, and how they can help you get better offspring from the current breeding season.

Players can get more gems by participating in DapDap events for free, or by getting lucky while exploring the new Treasure Hunts feature.

Dragon Master Adds Gems in Treasure Hunts

If you missed the Airdrop, or don’t meet the requirements, there’s no reason to despair! The game introduced gems in “Treasure Hunts”, where players can bet their $TOTEM for a chance of winning rare props.

Participating in a treasure hunt costs 50 $TOTEM, but you can get a discount when adventuring into 5 for 225 $TOTEM.

Treasure Hunts compound “Lucky Points” when finalized. Each treasure hunt returns a random amount of Lucky Points. When you reach 360 total, you will get a rare lucky crystal. The crystal can be exchanged for rare items in the store.

When you complete multiple lucky draws throughout the week, you will also receive box rewards. The more you draw, the richer the box rewards.

Items you can get with the DragoMaster Treasure Hunts include:

  • Lucky Draw Coupon: Players can participate in a lucky draw for free after using it;
  • Restore Energy Props;
  • Practice Tickets: it grants you access to the practice mode for free, in which you can use all dragons;
  • Random Dragon Trial Card: If you draw out this treasure box, you will get a random dragon for a limited-time experience, which also contains a special dragon trial card;
  • Breeding Gems;
  • Gem Fragments, which can be synthesized into Breeding Gems;
  • Skin & Dragon Fragments;
  • Trophy Card: it prevents losing trophies when losing a battle.

Announcing Season 7

DragonMaster Season 7 started on October 25th @ 04:00 UTC and will end at the same time one month later, on November 25th.

Season 7 will reward 1000 players, 200 more than Season 6. The total prize pool amounts to 242,000 $DMT, with the top player going home with 9,000 $DMT, currently worth about $315.

Season 7 also received a balance in one of their recent buffs, the “Family Dragon”, as shown in the table:

Joining in is completely free. Anyone with a smartphone can download the app, follow the get started guide, and have fun with their free team of dragons. A quick tutorial is available in our first introductory article as well.

This season is particularly important as the team stopped rewarding $TOTEM to free to play teams in order to balance out the internal economy. Season rewards will now be the main driver for free players.
