Drunk Robots, one of the fastest-growing play-to-earn projects on the Binance Smart Chain, has announced four new partnerships and a whopping 5 million $METAL prize pool for its battle Arena. The news was made following the success of $METAL IDO, launched on several launchpads, including Liquidifty and TrustPad, selling out all the allocated $METAL tokens in just 3 minutes.
Drunk Robots is a successful game with over 126k users, 23k discord members, 64k Twitter followers, and 39k Telegram channel subscribers. Within a short period after opening a DAO, the game attracted a large number of users. Being one of the fastest-growing play-to-earn games, Drunk Robots is loved due to its humor, gameplay, and great design. The IDO was recently opened on April 7, 2022, in which 25 million $METAL tokens were sold out in minutes. The IDO took place on three launchpads: Liquidifty, GameFi, and TrustPad. About the partnerships
Throughout April 2022, Drunk Robots announced four new partnerships with leading blockchain gaming companies Avocado DAO, Infinity Force, Skill Guilds, and Yield Guild Games SEA. With the help of these partnerships, Drunk Robot aims to expand its audience across Southeast Asia.
One of the partners, YGG, has already built the first subDAO in South-East Asia, and since then, they have acquired over 30,000 scholars across SE Asia. Similarly, Avocado has started Avocado Guild to recruit members from the Philippines and Indonesia and is looking to expand its reach throughout Southeast Asia. Finally, Infinity Force ($YNFF) has also announced a platform connecting players, guilds, and games. These collaborations aim to increase the audience and public involvement in South East Asia.
Besides being backed by Animoca Brands, Drunk Robots has also acquired funding from Merit Circle – the leading and most influential Decentralized Autonomous Organisation (DAO) worldwide. In addition, the gaming company has also received large funds from blockchain firms and VCs, including Polygon Studios, DEX Ventures, Shima Capital, Binance NFT, BSC, Moonrock Capital, gate.io, and many others.
5 Million $METAL Prize Pool
As Season 2 of Drunk Robots starts, the prize pool for the Arena has now been increased to 5 million $METAL tokens every three months. Players need to get to the top of the leaderboard to win a part of this bounty. From the second half of Season 2, players must compete in Arena at least five times each 24 hours to be eligible for maximum profit. This new system will ensure constant activity in the game, for which you will receive more rewards too. A player can earn up to 4000 $METAL monthly with a single robot.
What is Drunk Robots?
Drunk Robots is a play-to-earn RPG brawler game built on Binance Smart Chain. The game is based on the futuristic city of Los Machines in a post-apocalyptic world where drunk robots have inhabited the city and are fighting for survival. Players have to buy a unique robot NFT from a total of 10101 genesis robots to play the game. The main mission is to survive and seize the city that has been overtaken by drunk robots who are creating havoc.
Players can collect guns, robots, and junk items, compete in drunk races, rob stores, join dance battles and create their own gangs.
