Blankos Block Party Now Available on Mac

After long waiting, Mac users can finally get their hands on Mythical Games’ play-to-earn blockchain game Blankos Block Party. The next step for the Blankos ecosystem will introduce cross-platform gaming, allowing Mac users to play with and against players on a Windows PC.

Everybody can download and play Blankos Block Party for free. By completing weekly and daily challenges players can win rewards, tokens and even NFTs. In addition the team sells limited edition NFTs quite regularly, which often become hot commodities on the secondary market.

Blankos Block Party was already available on PC, and its looks like the type of game that will also work on popular gaming consoles. However, no news about that. Now we first welcome Mac users into the colorful world of Blankos.

These are some of the minimum requirements:

  • OS: macOS Sierra Version 10.12  or newer
  • Processor: 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 or equivalent
  • Ram: 8 GB
  • Storage: 4GB of free space

Blankos Block Party is still an early access game. That means that it’s not a finished product. When playing Blankos Block Party you might encounter bugs, even though it already offers a very solid gaming experience.

What is Blankos Block Party?

Blankos Block Party is an open-world multiplayer game styled like a giant block party. The game has a focus on building, exploration and curating your collection of unique and rare Blankos. The game is coming to PC, but will very likely also make an appearance on console systems. Blankos Block Party is using the blockchain technology from EOSIO, similar to EOS and WAX.

Blankos Block Party is a party game in which users can enjoy curated and user generated content. This can range from races to shooting challenges, from platforming to other crazy stuff. Users can build creations on the fly using assets available to them, while venturing into new adventures with their personally owned Blankos characters. Blankos Block Party focuses on user generated content, and it introduces a frictionless NFT Marketplace.

Blankos uses the so-called dGoods format for its NFTs. The team at Mythical has build their dGoods system in such a way that NFTs can move across different chains. Because this way they want to make sure that the technology doesn’t limit the liquidity for players.
