The real-time strategy game Hash Rush has begun its migration to the Vorto Network, a new blockchain solution made by Vorto Games to serve Hash Rush and many other games. As part of the migration 60 million RUSH tokens has been burned, and the team promotes burning more RUSH tokens in exchange for NFTs.
The first 500 users who burn 100 RUSH tokens or more, will receive a special NFT. This NFT will be send to the same wallet address, but it taps into the NEAR Protocol blockchain solution. Vorto Network will officially launch on Monday, and with that network launch they will also do an NFT sale. Starting from Monday 23rd of August at 14:00 UTC the sale of the NFT Founder Bundles will start. These bundles contain NFTs that gamers can use in the re-release of Hash Rush.
There will be three different NFT bundles, each costing $25. Each bundle features a playable hero and an alternative skin. A fourth bundle contain each of the three heroes and will cost $60.
Play-to-earn in Hash Rush
Vorto Gaming wants to use RUSH Coin not only as an in-game reward, but also as a currency for the dedicated shop. Players will be able to earn the token through in-game challenges. Vorto Gaming recently took over the reigns from VZ Games, and they want to focus on becoming more like a play-to-earn title. The developers described this future version of the game as ‘a more fine-tuned release’ of the strategy game.
Currently Hash Rush is basically a free-to-play real-time strategy game. The game takes place in the fictional Hermeian galaxy where players build and battle to be successful. Hash Rush will tap into the Vorto Network, connecting the game to a wallet service and integrated marketplace.

Gathering resources is the key to success, and this can be done by mining and defeating monsters. Players need resources to build a base, while different units are available for different purposes.
