Music artist Diplo has worked together with visual artist group Friends With You to create audiovisual NFT art. A series of digital artworks will be sold on NiftyGateway today. The cheapest artwork costs 1 dollar, while the most expensive artworks costs $50.000. In addition there’s one artwork that goes to the highest bidder.
Diplo and FriendsWithYou are selling 500 NFT artworks for 1 dollar. In the same collection prices range from $10.000 for an edition of 20 to $50.000 for an edition of three. Little Big Cloud is an unique artwork that will be sold through an auction.
The most action will happen at a 3-minute open edition. Here the artists are selling four different artworks priced at $999, $2.222, $3.333 and $4.444. In addition there’s a 30 minute open edition of which all proceeds will go to several artistic charity organizations in New York. These artworks cost $500 a piece.
With Diplo we can add another dj to the growing line of music artists dipping their toes into NFTs. 3LAU has been a frontrunner, while also Deadmau5 and Carl Cox have been active. Recently Steve Aoki also joined the NFT party.
