Play to Earn is happy to announce that Xaya will once again showcase two completely decentralized games at our festival: Taurion and Soccer Manager Elite. Visitors of the event will be able to win CHI, while diving deeper in the future of decentralized gaming. The Play to Earn Game Festival starts on Monday March 22nd.
Xaya will be showcasing their upcoming decentralized games Soccer Manager Elite and Taurion at the Play to Earn Game Festival. These are two completely different games running completely on Xaya’s community-powered blockchain technology.
“Xaya is working on cutting edge technology that also caught the attention of gaming behemoth Ubisoft. This could very well be the future of gaming. That’s something we love to share with the visitors of the festival! Gamers get to see the future”, said Robert Hoogendoorn, founder of Play to Earn.
“This will be our second time participating in the Play to Earn festival. It’s a great honour to showcase our projects. Play-to-earn is the center of everything we have been developing with regards to decentralized gaming in the blockchain space,” said Andrew Colosimo from Xaya.
Soccer Manager Elite and Taurion
In Soccer Manager Elite gamers can become a shareholder of a soccer club and soccer player of which both are fully Decentralized Autonomous Organisations (DAOs). The shareholders will vote to appoint managers who perform well so that the shareholders receive more dividends (DEFI). Everybody has an incentive to perform and make the best of it, as Soccer Manager Elite will bring the concept of the football economy into the hands of players worldwide.
At the other end of the spectrum there’s Taurion. A game that’s all about the survival of the human species as several houses have abandoned earth in search for a better life. Far away in the galaxy, three houses will converge on the planet Taurion. The houses will mine and compete for rare resources, aim for domination and outsmarting opponents through trade, diplomacy and – if needed – full on war. Taurion is a decentralized MMORTS/RPG.
