Inspector Spacetime Claims Gold in Metalympics Darts

rare boards darts metalympics

Inspector Spacetime has the best hand-eye coordination of the Metalympics, he managed to throw 301 points in a game of darts using only 8 darts. Both Zonked and Jayosvatic needed more darts and time to achieve the same score. The darting took place in a game made by Second Legion on a board designed by crypto artist Alotta Money.

Each competitor had twenty minutes to set their best score. On a dart board players had to throw 301 points, while finishing their score with a double. I managed to do this using 14 darts, but these three champs only used eight or nine darts. At the same time two of them were wearing virtual sneakers by Pixls, fueling the suggestion that something fishy is going on here.

Rare Boards are digital art pieces with standalone playable games. Basically they combine crypto art with gaming, similar to how crypto artists are designing golfers in Blocklete Golf and avatars for The Sandbox. Second Legion announced these Rare Boards only two days ago, and they are working on more dart boards and games.

Play to Earn and the Metalympics

Play to Earn is the official media partner for the Metalympics, providing fun, informative and thought-provoking commentary on the events that are about to commence. We will keep an eye on all the sports activities and the things that are happening in the player village. Is there any under-the-counter sales happening of illegal substances? Are those sports shoes in the official shop actually enhancing player performances? Who is dating who? And which competitors are taking this competition way too serious? Play to Earn will find out!

If you want to check out my commentary booth at the Avastars Arena, feel free to drop by! The view isn’t perfect, but I’ve got great chairs and some free coffee. I’ll ask the coffee lady to bring some extra cookies. It will be fun laughing at…. eh… commentating the competitors taking on the obstacle course.
